The Owners: Owners of Jawab application and this website.
The application: Jawab جواب application that can be downloaded on mobile devices.
First, the application is designed to help individuals with oral communication disabilities from all age groups communicate their needs and interact with others. However, the interface and content of the application is only customized and maintained by parents, therapists and caregivers of individuals under 13, controlling what to display. For this purpose, the editing page (where it is possible to interact, modify and add content) in the application is different from the main user interface where individuals use content in Jawab (clicking images with fingers to produce audio messages).
Data Privacy
The user can voluntarily give Jawab permissions to access personal data, including names and email addresses in the register page. However, t is always possible to use Jawab without giving these personal data by using the application without logging in. We will not give this data to a third party as we do not intend to use private data for advertisement or information material. We use these information in order for the user to keep the interface modifications and personal experience saved, making sure users can always restore their personal data and their unique user interface when logging in from a different device for example.
Please note that the transmission of data on the internet (e. g. the transmission of an email) is not always save and can have security gaps. A flawless protection of private data is not possible.
The other Types of Data Collected
Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Camera permission; Microphone permission; Storage permission; Microphone permission, without recording; Camera permission, without saving or recording. Users will be asked to give these permissions before using the features that depend on these permissions; for example, users will be asked to give permission to access the camera when they intend to use the Upload Image feature and will be asked, in a different box to give the Microphone permission when recording audio to use with the images to create a Jawab Button.
Camera permission is used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device to create personalized Jawab buttons. This Application does not save or record the camera output.
Microphone permission is used to allow accessing and recording microphone audio from the User's device to assign audio to the personalized Jawab buttons.
Storage permission is used for accessing existing images and audio files to create personalized Jawab buttons.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owners.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owners.
Device identifiers
When you access the application on your device (including but not limited to smart-phones or tablets), we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers,” such as a universally unique identifier (“UUID”). We may use location data to convey to us information about the distribution of the application and these data will not be associated to the corresponding login information.

We do not provide, nor allow any third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on our website and application.
The usage of our contact data for third party advertisement or information material is particularly not wanted. The owners of Jawab can take legal action in case of delivery of advertisement or information material, e. g. through spam mails.

The Owners take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owners, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owners. Our application and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13, they only use it to communicate and it is designed and controlled by parents, therapists, and caregiver. However, all information stored by users are kept in the unique user interface and can only be accessed by the login information of the user who manages this user interface.
